BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Hey Moms & Dads…Take the mess outside the house and let us worry about those kids with too much energy running around our GYM!!!!
Come WIGGLE, MOVE and SHAKE to the sounds of celebration! Your birthday party will include:
- 1 ½ hours of EXCLUSIVE use of our State of the Art Gymnastics Facility!
- A perfectly planned party created for your child and led by a trained INTERSTATE Staff Member!
- An inflatable jumping house, games, relay races, silly contests, obstacle courses, and more!
- We provide, birthday invitations, tables, chairs, birthday decorations, and a balloon bouquet, you provide the essentials (Food, refreshments, cake, plates, napkins, plasticware, etc.)
Here’s Our Deal at INTERSTATE GYMNASTICS & DANCE:
45 minutes in the Gym for FUN & Activities
45 minutes in the Party Room with your refreshments
Maximum of 20 Children
1-10 children: $200.00 for an Interstate member
$225.00 for non-member
Add $5.00 for each additional child 11-15
Add $10.00 for each additional child 16-20
Parties are held on Sundays (call for availability)
*Does not include the Birthday Boy/Girl
BIRTHDAY PARTY RULES
This is an agreement between Interstate Gymnastics, Inc. and (parent) _______________________ that (child)_______________________’s party will be as stated above noting the non-refundable deposit of $50 received on ___________________. Deposit due w/booking.
Final payment must be paid in full the day BEFORE the party.
I understand there are no adults allowed on the equipment.
I understand NO alcoholic beverages are allowed at the parties.
For safety reasons, all parents/adults must stay out of the gym except to take pictures.
No children under the age of 2 are permitted in the gym. (Exceptions may apply!)
The Party Agreement has to be signed to bind this contract and reservation.
NOTE: It is the Parents’ responsibility to make sure that all children attending the party have completed a “Permission to Participate” card. If a card is not completed, the hosting parent is responsible for signing a card for each guest.
