Gym Programs
Interstate is an educational gym for both the recreational and competitive gymnast.
Our Class Program is designed for the Pre-School/Beginner to the Advanced gymnast,
while our Competitive Program is part of USA Gymnastics, and by invitation only.

- Multiple sets of uneven bars, high bars, balance beams, training equipment
- Pre-School equipment (hoops, balls, ropes, slides, parachutes, modified gym equipment, etc.)
- Waiting area with viewing window & closed circuit monitors for parents
Dance Programs
We offer a structured program geared towards the recreational student as well as the
more serious student who is interested in a career in dance and theatre. Students start
at the appropriate level and advance on an individual basis according to their own
achievement.
This is all made possible in a professional atmosphere that is conductive to both
discipline and individual development; proper training technique, artistic,
expression, confidence and a love of dance is instilled.

Facility
Two fully equipped dance studios with hardwood floating floors, for the dancer's
safety. Both rooms are equipped witth camera for closed circuit viewing by parents in
our waiting area.
